Vietnam - Netherlands Programme

The MDE Library is the most extensive economics library in Vietnam, with over 4000 volumes in its various collections. The Library currently receives over 50 items a month from abroad.

Particular strengths of the collection include its holdings on development economics, international economics, finance, rural economics, industrial economics, environmental economics, the economics of development in South-East Asia and Vietnam, and its extensive collection of socio-economic statistics.

In addition to books, the Library also subscribes more than 30 Vietnamese and overseas newspapers, magazines and journals. The Library receives regular selections from current economics journals. Finally, the Library houses the theses submitted by students in partial fulfillment of the requirements of the MDE.

The MDE Library is open to UEH staff, UEH students and the general public and is located on the 3rd floor, 1 A Hoang Dieu, Q. Phu Nhuan, Ho Chi Minh City.
